Born near Nevers, Anthony SALLIEGE comes back in Burgundy after a few years in the south of France. He began the gastronomic cooking by J. LAMELOISE in CHAGNY and continued by R.CHANLAUD –“Jardin des Remparts” in BEAUNE. He staid after in PARIS, first by Ph.BRAUN -“Restaurant LAURENT” in 8th district- and then in pastry making by PIGNOL – “Relais d’Auteuil” in 16th district. He was here the second-hand chef of L.PEUGEOT in 2001At last, he worked during 5 years in Callas, second-hand chef of Ph.DA SILVA –“Hostellerie des Gorges de Pennafort”.

Young chef (30 years old), A. SALLIEGE devotes all his energies and ideas in his cooking. The cuisine is his real passion. He loves picking season and is always anxious for doing on his best for the pleasure of the guests. He uses to stop looking after his cooking utensils only when he can share his culinary love.
